8:00AM – 9:30AM — The Adaptable Company: Re-energize your team in difficult times. Mark Altman, MindsetGo Breakfast Session

There is no single formula to be a successful company. In good times people are comfortable and not going anywhere. How can the uncomfortable prepare us for future victory and long-term success? The critical metric of top performers is how adaptable they are. Adaptability is the ability to adjust to and stay motivated during downturns, rejection, competition, or unexpected changes. Instead of being discouraged, you would resiliently face these challenges and have a plan to overcome them. How will you as an owner, leader, and team member adapt in the face of adversity?

In this session, you will improve your ability to:

  • Identify gaps, risks, and potential areas for improvement in your sales process.
  • Respond quickly to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.
  • Gain a competitive edge and drive better habits.
  • Overcome setbacks, grow relationships, and develop an approach that yields sustainable sales.
