Make the most of your participation in LBM Expo. There are free opportunities for you to highlight the products you are featuring at the show— on-site, in print and online. Marketing and promotion options are available to all exhibitors. Contact us at lbmexpo@nrla.org for complete information, including featured exhibitor offerings, in-booth products, show specials, and interactive floor plan promotional opportunities to make your company’s booth stand out at LBM Expo. Promotional Opportunities
Featured Product
New products are in demand by our LBM audience every year. Maybe you’re introducing a new product at LBM Expo, or maybe it’s an addition to an existing product line. At LBM Expo we are encouraging ALL exhibitors to submit a product they are featuring at the show. Featured Products will be displayed on the show floor in a designated Featured Product Zone designed to inform attendees about your latest product or service.
All Featured Products will have 1/3 of a 6’ table (~2 ft.) for display purposes with appropriate literature and table signage. LBM Expo retail attendees will vote for the Best Featured Product of LBM Expo from among the featured product submission.
Show Special
Interested in offering a Show Special to attendees that visit your booth? Provide us with the details and we’ll get it listed in the Show Guide and out to attendees.
Your Show Special can be described as: percentage off total order, dating programs, special pricing, includes delivery, special terms, reduction of invoice, BOGO, or point-of-sale displays.
LBM Expo 2023 is bringing back the booth passport. The Lucky 13 passport will feature 13 exhibitors and be provided to all LBM Expo Retail attendees. This opportunity to bring attendees to your booth is limited to 13 exhibitors for $250 each.
In-Booth Demo
Retailers want the show to be more interactive! We want to help you promote your interactive booth activity or product display. Any exhibitor promoting an in-booth demo will receive a promotional code you can use to offer 10 of your customers a free badge for LBM Expo 2024.
All In-Booth Demos will be highlighted in the Show Guide, promoted on NRLA’s Social Media platforms and in a special Expo communication to retailers.

Best Booth Competition
Best Booth Competition
Win back 10% of your current booth fees toward the following year’s show and receive your packing crates before anyone else at LBM 2025! Single, Multiple, or Island Booth winners will be chosen.
Displays will be judged on the following criteria for the Best Booth Awards:
- Interactive design—interaction level of products displayed
- Literature and information offered
- Communication of product/service value
- Exhibitor’s ability to educate attendees
- Overall aesthetic design
