A: LBM Expo 2024 is December 11-12 at Mohegan Sun Earth Expo and Convention Center in Uncasville, CT. Mohegan Sun is within 45 minutes of Providence, Hartford and New Haven. It’s just over 90 minutes to Boston and New York is approximately 2 hours away. Parking is free and with more than 13,000 on-site guest parking spaces, never a hassle.

LBM Expo is a convention and exposition designed specifically for the retail segment of the lumber and building material (LBM) industry. LBM professionals, educators, students, and members of affiliated organizations are invited to attend. Everyone is required to wear a badge issued by LBM Expo to enter the exposition education and special events. Badges must be picked up on-site.

A: All NRLA members are entitled to a quantity discount for badges purchased for their employees, builder customers, architects, or code officials. If registration is received ON OR BEFORE Dec. 4, your first 10 badges will be at a cost of $65 each. Badge pricing for the 11th badge or more will be at a cost of $20 each. All badges must be picked up onsite. Starting Dec. 11, on-site badge prices apply.

A: All cancellations must be received on or before December 2 in writing via email to lbmexpo@nrla.org or USPS at: Northeastern Retail Lumber Association (NRLA), Attn: LBM Expo, 585 N. Greenbush Rd., Rensselaer, N.Y. 12144. Cancellations postmarked ON OR BEFORE Dec. 2 will receive a full refund. For any cancellations arising after the Dec. 2 date, it is permissible to send an alternate attendee. That person can change the name on the badge at on-site Registration. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
