Exhibitor Faqs
A: LBM Expo 2025 is December 10-11 at Mohegan Sun Earth Expo and Convention Center in Uncasville, CT. Mohegan Sun is within 45 minutes of Providence, Hartford and New Haven. It’s just over 90 minutes to Boston and New York is approximately 2 hours away. Parking is free and with more than 13,000 on-site guest parking spaces, never a hassle.
A: LBM Expo 2025 exhibit booths are available to the following:
- Manufacturers and/or wholesalers of lumber and/or building materials.
- Manufacturers of kitchen & bathroom accessories and fixtures.
- Firms selling retailers services or products.
- Manufacturers’ representatives.*
- Wholesale affiliates of NRLA retail members.
- Trade associations.
- Industry publications.
- Universities, colleges and Vo-tech high schools offering building material curricula.
Please note that any organization, regardless of industry segment, with a customer base consisting of primarily contractors and direct sales is not permitted to exhibit. Contact us at lbmexpo@nrla.org for more information.
A: Booths are priced per square ft with a NRLA member/non-member price differential. Additional corner fees may apply. More information about booth pricing can be found at Booth Pricing and Rules.
A: Any person or organization actively supplying lumber or building materials or services to the Retail Members, or any Retail Member who retires from the lumber and building material industry, may become an Associate Member of the NRLA. Associate Memberships are not transferable.
Note: A person or organization eligible for membership both as a Retail Member and an Associate Member may not become an Associate Member until the requirements for Retail Membership have been satisfied.

The Room Rate for LBM Expo 202 is $169 ++. The Room Block for LBM Expo 2025 will open in August for room reservations.
Please note that LBM Expo does not utilize third party registration companies; any solicitation to book hotel rooms is a scam.
